Payroll Categories

Hi

I'm trying to delete old payroll categories relating to 2019, I'm now using award rates 2022 and I can have up to 15 old categories on an employee's card to scroll past in their to get the current ones I'm using. MYOB says I'm unable to delete a payroll category if it's been used but there must be other people dealing with this issue.

    Hi Michelle

    MYOB recommends you put a "z"in front of the unised category so it goes down to the bottom

    Many thanks I'll give this a go, still a shame old categories can't be deleted or hidden from an employees card
