Thanks for sending over the error log. We’re not seeing any known issues right now, but this error can pop up when AccountRight can’t finish a task, often because Payroll settings aren’t fully set up, which can stop that window from loading. No worries, we’ve got this covered on this link.
If it doesn't do the trick, you can jump on live chat via MOCA (our virtual assistant), or lodge a support ticket through MyAccount, and we’ll get it sorted for you.

pays were done yesterday before overnight upgrade. absolutely no issues (been using since STP came into effect. Nothing has been changed but no matter which company data file i open i get the same problem when trying to look at a payroll category
