Good Morning,
I had paid an employee in a payroll category that was not linked to W1. The amount shown at W1 did not match the amount paid or reported to ATO.
Have since linked the payroll category to WI, however, the BAS is still not picking it up. Any ideas please?

When you selected the new payroll category in the W1 field did you then click on Update from ledger in the top right corner? This refreshes and updates the prefilled amounts using the new set up.
