Payroll issues
Hi, the most recent update was applied this morning and now I have run a payroll, MYOB is now saying our company is not registered for single touch payroll.
How has this happened when we have been for many years?

Same happening to me as well.
Tried to do a payroll run on two files that have been set up for years and now we are no longer registered for STP.
Serously MYOB, can you make sure things work properly before you push upgrades through?
Glad to see I'm not alone.
Reporting manually goes through at least.

We are aware some customers are receiving an error saying STP not set up when trying to create a pay run. I have raised it to the team and will make sure to provide an update as soon as I have more information.
Same thing happening to me as well this morning so I have had to go into the reporting centre and send to ATO that way. There have been so many updates lately so I suppose another update will be happening soon to fix the error in this latest update :(

Our team is currently investigating an issue with Single Touch Payroll. We've published it on the Status Hub, you can subscribe to stay notified here. In the meantime, STP reporting can still be completed by using the browser version of AccountRight.
Thank you for your patience whilst we work to resolve this.This has happened to me to and now the payroll is stuck on "Sending" so I can't do a manual send
