Did you get a solution?  I am the same with 140 staff!

    Thanks for your post. Can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and file ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight), I will need to run a script over your file to resolve this.

    It seems to have worked for file 1 but has put file 2 into not responding.

    And can you tell me please how to change it from quarterly to fortnightly?  It has made quarterly the new default for payroll.
