reporting requirements

Will MYOB be creating a report that can be run in Payroll Activity summary that allows us to break down the bonus value included in the gross amount? Given that the ATO now needs this value to be reported outside the gross value of total wages.

    And while they are at it, Overtime, Allowances and Leave also need to be reported separately.

    As the Payroll Activity summary report is a summary of payments to each payroll category type it will only show the total. However, the Payroll Activity detail and Payroll Register detail reports do give a breakdown of payments by each payroll category. 

     

     

    We have added the ATO reporting categories to the browser version of the Payroll summary report to make STP reconciliation easier.
