Reversed pay

How do I get rid of a reversed pay ? It is still showing in Prepare Eletronic Payment as a negitive and Bank Statement as a deposit. Please send me intructions thanks

    Hey Flav45,

     

    To clear the negative pay run showing in the Prepare Electronic Payments window, you can create a bank file—here's a link with step-by-step instructions. Just a heads up, you might see some warning messages during the process; simply click "OK" to proceed. Below are the warnings you may encounter.
