STP start up problem

Hi

 

We started using AR from 1/7/23

 

We processed our payroll on 14/7/23 before we had set up all the ATO links

 

The links are now set up but on trying to send details to the ATO these payroll transactions do not show up (although transcations after we activated the ATO link do show up)

 

We tried to delete the original entries on 14/7 so that we could rekey them in again but MYOB will not allow us to do this - AR messages that a problem has occurred and needs to restart

 

Any help please!
