Timesheets - Clear old
I can only see the last 13 weeks' timesheets and I need to approve an old timesheet to clear it. Is there another way to find it in teams so that I can approve it?

Totally appreciate you trying to tidy up an older entry that’s not showing in the app. MYOB Team only keeps three months of timesheets, and there isn’t a way to extend that window. If you’d like longer history in MYOB Team, feel free to pop it on our AccountRight Ideas Exchange board so others can vote it up.

Was looking for this as I have just discovered TEAMS doesn’t keep records past 13 weeks. Are these timesheets not the source documents for payroll processing and should therefore be available for 7 years?

You’re right to flag this! MYOB Team only keeps timesheets for 13 weeks, so it’s normal to look beyond timesheets for long‑term payroll records. There are still other valid sources for you can check in terms of compliance and audits such as payroll reports (Payroll Activity/Detail, Payroll Register, Pay Run Summary), pay slips and pay advice or STP submissions and ATO/NZ Inland Revenue receipts. If you’re keen to have this feature in MYOB Team, I’d suggest pop this on our ideas board for consideration and so others can vote it up.
