Tracking Changes to Employees card

Hello

 

We keep a record of employees bank details, tax file numbers  etc on file even after we add them to MYOB.  Due to so much cyber fraud happening, we wish to destroy the paper records.  Is there a way we can check history of the entries to a MYOB card if we destroy the digital files/paper files we keep.

 

We dont want to destroy them if there is no history of changes to a card.

    Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community Forum. 

     

    I understand that we are trying to find a better way of having historical data regarding changes in the employees. The application has a way to track adding, changing, and removing transactions on the file. Unfortunately, AccountRight currently does not have a way to track changes done to any employee cards. Rest assured we will raise this as a suggestion to our development team.
