Verify bank details for paying super

Hi I'm trying to set up the pay super function and I get the message 'Sorry, we're not ready to verify your bank account at the moment, please try again later' when I input the code I was given when the 1c was posted to our bank account to verify the details. What is the issue here? Thanks
