Thank you for your post, and welcome to the Community forum. I hope you find it a wealth of helpful information.
The payroll advice report displays all information from payroll transactions for a specific period. If the time in lieu accrued for each processed payroll was shown on the employee's pay slips when emailed, this should also be shown in your payroll advice report. In this case, the first thing I'd be checking is the filter date when running the report. To further assist, could you please send a screenshot of your time in lieu setup, the pay slip, and the payroll advice? So, I can check the difference between the pay slip and the payroll advice report.
Moreover, I recommend going to the Setup menu >> Preferences >> Reports & Forms >>and checking if the following option is ticked: ''Include all YTD amounts and Entitlement Balances on Paycheque Stubs.''
