Online BAS not working

Hello. My MYOB Accountright updated to a new version today. I have clicked on Prepare BAS and it has taken me to the ATO online site like it has done every month for the last 3 years. However this time all the information is showing as zero. I click update from ledger and validate and it says it is all okay but obviously it is not. This has never happened before. I am lodging online and not manually. 

 

I have never had issues like this before and I lodge BAS the same way every month for the last 3 years.

    Hi all, 

     

    In case anyone is having trouble today - mine was still coming up missing the majority of the fields, but when I clicked 'Update from Ledger' they all came up.

  • I'm glad I'm not the only one Anthony! The same thing is happening to me and I've never had this happen ... mine is just showing the company name, ABN, date due & lodgement date (nothing else).

    Hi Anthony_RDG,

     

    Looks like your BAS statements are playing up. No worries let’s sort it out! Try clearing your browser cache or switching to another browser or device—that usually helps. Also, check your MYOB reporting settings; they might be the culprit. This might need a closer look—try reaching out to our live chat team through MOCA or drop us a support ticket via MyAccount so we can sort it out for you.

    My BAS data is also showing as 0.  Is this perhaps a MYOB issue across the board, as there seem to be a few people now reporting it as an problem.

    I just spoke to the online chat team and they deny there is a problem. Or it's the ATO's fault.

    georgieh​ thanks, mine was still showing no data in the fields until I did the "Update from Ledger".
