Online Payments not working

Not only can't I send invoices but have just been informed by a customer that they can't pay using the Online payments link.

When they click on the "Pay Now" button, is takes them to the Tax Invoice with no option for payment.

    There's an incident report from yesterday regarding the issue with sending and viewing invoices. This issue was resolved by the relevant team yesterday. You should be able to send and view invoices now.
