Payment can only be reversed

Hi there, I am wondering if there is any way I can cancel a payment that can only be reversed? I read on a post that this can be done if we provide the MYOB team with a code connected to the payment? this is quite urgent, please let me know, thank you

    HI MarkB4S,

     

    Could you let us know what type of payment you're referring to? Some payments can only be reversed. If it's urgent, you can also reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount.
