Account Edge 18.5: Losing templates when restoring a backup

Hi, I am stuck on AccountEdge 18.5 for now as I am on an older Mac OS (10.14.6 Mojave). My Mac had a meltdown and I had to wipe the hard drive and start again. I downloaded MYOB again and could access my backups on dropbox but when I restored my last saved file, the templates for invoices and statements were not there. Is it possible to get them back? It's a pain to redo them.

    Hi Eurocentric​ , to be fair to the support staff (a) MYOB no longer officially supports AccountEdge, and (b) most support staff have never dealt with AccountEdge (or Windows version 19 for that matter) except for conversions. Sorry you had to find out about the "all" option this way.

    Well I can answer my own question now, thanks to Claude.ai (MYOB helpdesk did not know the answer). When I did my backups (for the past 15 years), I was only saving the company file instead of ticking the "all" button and saving templates and graphics. I've learned the hard way! Hope this helps someone.
