The error message "An administrator has blocked you from running this App. For more information, contact the administrator." could be related to your Windows version, as Accounting Plus V17 isn't supported on Windows 11. A possible solution would be to use a different computer running an older version of Windows, like Windows 10, to install and use Accounting Plus V17.
