Cannot finalise reconciliation of cheque account

You are a MYOB moderator who is now aware of multiple customers all complaining about the same identical issue yet the solution is that each of us need to spend our time trying to resolve with MYOB support individually; that makes no sense. Why can't you raise it with your MYOB support/programming contact. None of us had the issue prior to the latest upgrade so it seems pretty obvious that the issue relates to the upgrade.  

You are not alone. I have exactly the same problem. For what it's worth I only have 23 Not matched transactions but the Finalise icon will simply not work.

I am having the exact same issue! If you find out how to fix this please share. MYOB support is so slow. With EOFY soon approaching this issue needs to be sorted asap! There was never an issue prior to the update. Highly considering moving over to Zero as MYOB support is poor and slow. 

yeah no! clearing cache did not help!

Don't waste people's time with 'fixes' that you should know do not work.

The problem is the latest update of Smart Reconciliation and not being able to turn it off or stop it from picking up historical unmatched transactions and which then does not allow users to complete a bank reconciliation. MYOB has allowed AI to have more power than the users who pay for the software!

The team have confirmed a fix has been implemented so you should now be able to reconcile your accounts even with unmatched transactions.

That does seem a bit strange, especially if you’re all seeing the same issue and there’s no reported incident around the Finalise button at the moment.

A good first step would be to clear your browser cache, as that often helps with odd behaviour like this. I have exactly the same problem. I just tried to start a chat with MYOB but the wait time is 68 minutes.
