Trying to finalise EOFY
Hi,
I'm trying to finalise EOFY and my payroll reports are correct, terminations reported, and all accepted status by ATO. However, the YTD verification Report does not match my payroll report. The missing amounts belong to two recent terminated employees. Their termination pay shows accepted status by ATO so not sure why that data has not come into the YTD verification report. Is anyone else having this issue or had this issue in the past. Any solutions? Thanks
Have you tried sending an "Update Event" - this is the first thing I would try as it "normally" fixes most things.
I have noticed with some terminations they don't show up in the Gross Wages part of the report and are further down
