EOFY FINALISATION
Report accepted by ATO, but income statements are Not Tax Ready, please help

Hi GASCOIGNE I had the same issue earlier today. It did take a couple of hours for Income Statements to be Tax Ready in employees MyGov accounts, even though MYOB EOFY Finalisation was saying complete.
I have another problem with EOFY finalisation, which the MYOB verification report doesn't agree with the Payroll register & Payroll activity, and Payroll summary report.
I checked all Payroll Reports accepted by ATO. The ATO record
matches the Payroll register, Payroll activity, and the Payroll summary report. But the "YTD verification report" has a short payment amount for 30/06/2026.
Without a correct "YTD verification report", I could not complete the EOFY payroll. I need help.

No worries! If your Payroll Register, Payroll Activity, Payroll Summary and the ATO-accepted figures all match, but the YTD verification report is the only one showing short, you can send an update event to refresh your YTD totals.
