Cannot finalise reconciliation of cheque account

How was this resolved? Any insights?
I have over 750 unmatched transactions, the "current balance" in the bank reconciliation has completely overridden the correct balance and I have a multitude of transactions populating the bank register that date back to 2024!

Hi everyone,

That does seem a bit strange, especially if you’re all seeing the same issue and there’s no reported incident around the Finalise button at the moment.

A good first step would be to clear your browser cache, as that often helps with odd behaviour like this. If that doesn’t fix it, the best next step would be to get in touch with our team so they can investigate it further and, if needed, raise it with our developers in case there’s an issue with the latest update.
