STP Finalisation
We run four payrolls. Three have RFBA that require data entry at point of STP Finalisation. Two of those with RFBA worked perfectly, I added the RFBA and then completed the Finalisation. The 3rd one keeps coming up with an error:
I add the RFBA against three employees in the designated boxes but they do not total in the box at the top of the list:
I've tried everything over and over, refresh browser, a different person has also logged in and attempted the finalisation with the same result.
Where to from here?

Thanks for the screenshot. Definitely appreciate the detail! That error can pop up if the RFBA (Reportable Fringe Benefits Amount) you're entering is below the ATO's threshold. Best to double-check that the combined RFBA value for each employee is above the thresholds set by the ATO. If you're unsure what to report or how it all adds up, your accountant or even the ATO themselves are top contacts for clearing that up.
