STP finalisation & FBT

Hi ,

Am trying to finalise STP for a client adn have tickedthe FBT box and entetred applicable figures but when i ask to finalise - "Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser.it say refresh browers "

( * have tried a number fo times today and still getring that message ) Any thoughts

Thanks Earl,
Most amounts i had were above ATO FBT reportable threshold -- but the ones that were Nil or below threshold to report -- the important point is you must leave the applicable fields blank -- do not put in $0 or you'll get error message . ( a simple side note woudl have helped to know this )

  Thank you so much for your post. This error can occur when you are paying an amount less than the threshold. To fix this issue, I'd suggest to visit this link : https://www.ato.gov.au/rates/fbt/?page=1#Reportable_fringe_benefits to seek advice from the ATO if you are unsure on the requirements.
