My accountant has advised me to contact MYOB, as the issue appears to be on your end. However, the wait time on the phone exceeds over one hour, which is not feasible for businesses that cannot afford to spend such time resolving issues beyond their control. Given the increasing frequency of these inconveniences, it would be appropriate to consider crediting monthly subscriptions.
