Fergus Intergration

Hi there, we have been running 

fergus and MYOB for many years but lately having problems with MYOB not processing customer payments to Fergus side. I have spoke with Fergus and they say nothing has changed at their end so must be something to do with MYOB. Appreciate any help you can give me with this.

    Hi Nyse,

     

    Sounds like things have gotten a little out of sync, especially after everything running smoothly for so long. If Fergus says nothing's changed on their end, a good first step is to refresh the connection between MYOB and Fergus. Sometimes it just needs a little nudge to get things syncing again.

     

    If that still doesn't do the trick, you can also flick through an API support request here. That'll go straight to the folks who can dig a bit deeper into the techy side of things.

    Hey Nyse,

     

    Since you've been advised to give Fergus and MYOB a refresh, you can disconnect and then reconnect the integration. If you're not quite sure where to find those settings or how to go about it, reaching out to Fergus support is the way to go.
