Invoice App

I have just up graded my phone to a fold 6, Now i cant get the Invoice app to open up fully before it closes, does anyone have the same issue

    Hi nzfarrier

     

    I see you need help with using the Invoice app in your Fold 6 phone. In my understanding, since the Fold 6 is a new device it may not be compatible with the invoice app yet. The phone may need a couple of security updates before it opens older apps. Additionally, I recommend uninstalling, reinstalling the invoice app, and restarting the phone to see if it will make any difference.

       I've reinstalled 3 or 4 times

       Still not working . 

      What do you mean by security updates??. Thanks for your help

        Hi nzfarrier

         

        Security updates are innate to any device. It just contains software updates for bug fixes or improvements. This is just my general experience though. For now I recommend using an older device for the invoice apps and retrying it with in your new phone in later date.
