    Hi there general_enq,

From what I've understood from your post, you wanted to add the Recurring Purchase Order number within Recurring Sales Transactions. You can do this by following the steps below:

    • Create a Sales Order. Go to the Sales command centre and click on 'Enter Sales'. Create a new sales order as you normally would, including all necessary details such as items, quantities, and prices.
    • Save as Recurring. Once the sales order is created, click on the 'Save as Recurring' button. This will allow you to set the frequency and other details for the recurring transaction.
    • Set Recurrence Details. In the Recurring Schedule window, specify the frequency, the start date, and any end date if applicable.
    • Assign a Purchase Order Number. If you need to include a purchase order number, you can add it to the sales order before saving it as a recurring transaction. This number will be included in each instance of the recurring transaction.

You can also contact our support team directly via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount so they can look into it.

    Best regards,

    Doreen

Hi Doreen, unfortunately unable to save the "Assign a Purchase Order Number" automatically before save recurring transaction. It has to be done manually each time sale occurs. If select the "recurring sale" or if edit post recurring transaction the Purchase Order field is blank and not reflective of any previous saved chage to PO number.

      Hi general_enq,

Since you're not able to add a recurring purchase order number within recurring sales transactions automatically. I would highly suggest contacting our support team directly via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount, as this needs further checking.

      Best regards,
