Can anyone remember if it's possible to undo a bank account reconciliation in Version 13?

If you mean the really old desktop MYOB Accounting v13 then the Undo Bank Reconciliation came in a later version. You can manually undo entries one at a time by changing the entry but your best bet is to use the Banking Reconciliation Report and look through these or use the Accounts General Ledger (Detail) report and track through the transactions and balances.
A different solution could be to make a copy of the file and download a more recent version of MYOB such as AccountRight v19, and then upgrade the v13 file and use the Undo Reconciliation function to find where your problem is and then go back to your v13 file to enter any missing/incorrect entry/ies. The solution depends upon the volume of entries you need to look through.

Yes the very old version.
It's still going strong for me, but it does mean I'm running an old windows machine offline, but it's perfect for a sole trader who needs to keep costs down.

FYI I am running a version on Windows 10 - I have modified a few things like the executable file is MYOB13.exe because Windows blocked the MYOB.exe. If you do want to test it on a new computer system and you don't have the installation disk then you can copy the whole MYOB programme folder over and then modify the executable file and send to the Desktop and see if it runs. You may need to change some of the Compatibility settings but I think you will find it works well enough to upgrade to a newer operating system.
