AccountRight -Set Library Location

Currently deploying AccountRight to a collection of laptops for Students to use in a school setting.

 

We want to let the students be able to change the default save folder to their onedrive as right now it is defaulting to saving in the local drive and that would not work for them as they might get a different laptop during their next lesson.

 

They are currently unable to use the "Set Library Location" feature as it requires admin rights and the students do not have admin privileges to the workstations 

 

We are trying not to go for Network library as we want to move away from locally hosted drives shares

 

When using the cloud option to save the online company file 

It says invalid serial number and either the s/n is incorrect or that we haven't subscribed to AccountRight Live.

 

Any advice?

    Apologies for the delay in response.


    Changing the library location would require the students to have access to the "Set Library location" desktop app and if they do not have admin rights, this won't work. Also, we recommend storing the company files in local drives and not shared drives.

    The most feasible option here would be putting the file online so all the students can access it but as you're getting an error while doing so, please send me your product serial number and login email address by Private Message so we can investigate what the issue is.
