we are trying to access the file but no luck until now. MYOB couldn't resolve the issue yet.
neither restore the file nor answer the calls. how come its resolved on status?????
I am now restored, but I needed to close down and then re-open my computer.

My problem is not resolved and is becoming very frustrating. I have not been able to work on this file for my whole working day. Please rectify.

is myob only working on case to case basis when everyone can't access/login the file??
