An Application Operation has timed out. Would you like to retry the operation?

Hi,

I have recently upgraded to AccountRight 2020.4.2 and am trying to run the 'Payables with Tax' report as I have successfully done every month when I prepare and reconcile my monthy BAS for the past 5-6 years.

However, I now get an error message 'An Application Operation has timed out. Would you like to retry the operation?' after about 60-90 seconds and the report does not finish...

I have read about a 'time-out extender' but cannot find any instructions on how to implement or activate such an extender.

Any suggestions?
