Sales & Purchases Report - Application Operation Timed Out

Hi Team,

 

I am getting "Application Operation Time Out" issues when I try to generate reports for Sales and Purchases. 

 

Can you please advise how to fix this?

    Hi Cloud_28 

     

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. 

     

    We have tried to replicate this and the reports are running fine in the sample files, which could indicate an issue with your specific file. Can you confirm if you can run the Aged receivables, Receivables reconciliation, Payables Reconciliation and aged payables report or all these reports are giving the same error ?

    Hi Cloud_28 

    This can happen if the system is trying to retrieve a lot of results, can you please try to shorten the date range and then run the report again ?

    Hi Komal,

     

    It is not even requiring a date range. As I am generating an Aging Report for Purchases and Sales.

    I have tried to also ask our team to follow the attached instruction. But nothing has changed. The issue still persists.

     

    Is there any other solution?

    Have you extended the time out as specified in the article and still getting the same issue ?

    Hi Komal,

     

    Yes, I have ask our IT team to assist on updating the configuration file. But nothing has change and the error still the same.
