Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with needing to enter a 2FA code or repeat the login process when switching from one file to another company file. Thanks for that, it just makes it so annoying having to do it all the time. I have had trouble, no option to reply to your message so FYI is a recent problem, I have done 2FA already this morning, had to do it for both company files and now on reopening it requests full log in and 2FA again for both. Doing it every 24 hours isn’t working.
I have tried going through selecting the company file, made sure was signed in online (2FA used) and it is still wanting a full log in with email, password and 2FA to access either of the company files I have.
I do have Norton antivirus and utilities but that hasn’t interfered with accessing MYOB before and I have had updates to MYOB with no problem. Perhaps it’s the latest update as this was a few days ago and have had the problem of it not holding the authorisation just lately?
Hope you can assist, thanks again for getting back to me. I don't like leaving the files open when I'm not there so would love it if this could be fixed. Don't think the screenshot is very informative as it just takes you back into logging in and 2FA but have attached.
