Bank feed warning message

Good morning.  Just wondering why I am getting this message on my bank feed (attached).

This is a new MYOB file and I set up the bank feed for it, which is working fine - I get the daily bank feed but for some reason I get this message when I am working in it.  If I click on the drop down arrow it only brings up our one cheque account which is the right one.  Do I need to change something?

    Hi Mathilda1,

     

    The error message in the screenshot you've attached generally means that the bank feed does not have a linked account from the Manage Linked Accounts window. I recommend checking to ensure the bank feed is connected to the right ledger account to prevent the error message from appearing again.

     

    If the error message continues after checking this, I recommend contacting support via the MyAccount window or MOCA to the live chat team.
