Looks like that error message when you log in has helped point us in the right direction, cheers for sending through the logs, that makes things heaps easier.
What’s happening is your file’s a bit stuck between an old version and a new update, and that’s what’s throwing up the error. No dramas, though, you just need to run the hotfix tool and it should sort things out. This thread has all the details and steps you need to follow.
