Change of Details Form - Owner is retiring

May I please have a change of details form as the owner of our business account is retiring and we need to update the details before she leaves.    Thank you

I understand that you need to have the Change of Details form before the business owner retires. To update your details, please send an email to customer_service@myob.com. They will provide you with the change of details form that you need to fill out.
