Hi Doreen, thank you for your response - I would like to be able to finalise the signing of the form to the Board meeting next week - can you please clarify the process, the form appears to be for the change of ownership of the company - this is not occurring - our directors delegate ownership of the software to a senior operational staff member, I would like to ensure we complete the form correctly so there is no disruption, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

- the new owner will be our Finance Manager
- Our previous CEO is unable to be contacted to sign the forms
- Can our directors sign instead of the previous CEO - if so where on the form do they sign?
