CPU Spikes from HUXLEY.Library.WindowsService

Is anyone else experiencing HIGH CPU spikes when using MYOB in an RDSH environment? This has been occuring for a couple of months now for both us and a couple of clients. The Huxley process requires at least 10% of the CPU service on a regular basis and often locks up the server sessions. We can no longer purge data. I'm wondering if there are some issues with the file paths and where the data is going across the server? Is there documentation about this? If anyone has seen this and has suggestions this would be helpful - we have 2 clients considering moving from MYOB given how much of a pain this is
