I think you might be confusing the terms of the current licence agreement for AR, with the original licence agreements that came with v19. I have checked the licence agreements at installation for 2 v19 products and none of the licence terms you refer to are in the agreement.
Interestingly they are both completely silent on the need for ongoing Confirmation. I wonder what non-MYOB lawyers would make of that.

Hi gavin12345 , apologies, I should have used the term confirmation instead of Activation in my post above.
Activation and Confirmation are essentially the same thing, and would often be referred to together as A&C.
There wasn't silence on the confirmation matter, but just the wrong term used.

Regarding current versus 'original' licence agreements.
MYOB customers agree to the terms of use at the point of purchase or installation, not via a signed contract. The AccountRight terms when purchased have been superseded by the current AccountRight terms of use linked in my previous comment.
