Not only this, but also:
- The cloud based subscription fees keep going up and up and up - far exceeding inflation;
- Clients with multiple files in Premier are being charged the full fee for each file rather than permitting 2 file slots (so a person with 4 cloud based account right files pays $630 instead of $420);
- MYOB does not identify the File ID, serial number or file name on the Tax Invoice making it even harder to keep track of errors in charging;
- MYOB now imposes compulsory identification requirements that demand sharing highly sensitive information with MYOB to access invoice features without online payments setup where there is no legally justifiable basis to do so (since there is no online payment setup);
- Contacting MYOB has become an all day event that is so stressful it's almost untenable. ... The list goes on....
There would HAVE to be a basis for a class action in due course. They are tyrannical in their operation and operate inconsistently with the values that have given rise to consumer and other relevant contractual legislation in this Country.
