Help - email bouncing back

Hello MYOB 

I have been emailing invoices to an email address on a regular basis - no problems whatsoever. however, today i came across this error message Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.7.1 Policy-DT510: Rejected content policy
violation

 

Can you assist?

    Hi Earl,

     

    Someone did reply back to a question i had - but after i replied back - i haven't heard anything else back? i had two instances now for two different email addresses. That i would need assistance with,

    Hi Freddy21,

    Thanks for getting back to us. We’ve checked the first email you provided and it isn’t blacklisted on our side. Please ask the recipient to check if your address is blocked in their system. Also, please send me a private message with the other affected email address and we’ll investigate.
