I have been first in the queue on a phone enquiry for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Is it possible my call has been lost in your system somewhere or are there no consultants to answer the call?

Hi, You are lucky, it appears MYOB don't want you to talk to them on the phone, I cannot even find a phone number.
Received a message to contact them if problem persists, BUT how ?

Found a phone number accidentally, under Sales, of course they would want you to contact sales. Just on hold now, number 2 in q 12 minutes and extending ?

Our phone queues have been under control today with a maximum wait of 4 minutes.
We do have a number of digital self-serve options I'd recommend trying that are listed on this page.
