Absolutely! You can still tweak the account list you've imported into MYOB. Once it's in your new company file, feel free to add, delete, or modify accounts to better suit your business needs. Just remember, if you don't want to include account balances during the import, make sure the file you're importing doesn't have any balance information. If it does, you'll need to edit the file to remove those balances first. Also, ensure the file format is compatible, typically a .TXT file.
