Integrate from old accounting system to new MYOB Cloud

Could someone please provide some advice for assignment that I have with the following,

1. What would the process be to integrate from old account system to MYOB AccountRight Cloud

2. Are there any system requirements

3. Can MYOB A/R be increased from 18 employees to 40 employees

4. What would be the additional costs to increase to 40 employees

      Hi Thanks for response, it was for a assignement that I have in accounting and bookkeeping the senario was just a made up accounting program. I think I got enough information from your help section.
