    Hi TB2015,

     

    Thank you for your post. Please allow me to welcome you to the Community forum. I hope you find it a valuable resource.

     

    Firstly, please accept my apologies for the delayed response. MMC Convert provides a complimentary service for the migration of your current and previous financial year's data. If your business has been in operation for more than two financial years and you wish to convert additional prior years to MYOB Business, a fee of $150 AUD/NZD per year is applicable. This fee is directly payable to MMC Convert upon data upload to their site. Once you've submitted the request for conversion to MMC Convert, you'll need to give them access to your data. They will now convert the business data within 10 business days. For more information about this, please refer to Move to MYOB from Xero, QuickBooks, or Reckon.

Ankit here from MMC Convert.

We do understand your concern about the fees quoted for the data migration.

MMC and MYOB have an arrangement wherein MYOB sponsors the data migration for one historical year plus the current year to date. If you wish to opt for additional years of migration, we charge 150 AUD/NZD per additional year opted for. Ofcourse, if you are not willing to pay for the migration, you can always opt for the free migration (sponsored by MYOB) for one historical year plus the current year to date.

We are surprised to read your comment that MMC Convert is a scam.

If we are providing additional service for which additional efforts are required from our side, we will charge for the efforts involved. It is an optional service, and you can always opt not to choose it.
