Hi wagolly 

There are a few things you can try - the easiest I found for a similar problem, is to find and change the MYOB.exe file to a different name e.g MYOB19-5.exe. You could try something here: https://community.myob.com/discussions/nzpay/premier-19-5-app-has-been-blocked-for-your-protection/635233 or contact FGH Tables for a fix.
