MYOB 2023.3 Not responding & not opening any company files

Hi Guys, It seems MYOB has done an update overnight and now wont let me access any of my company files. It just keeps freezing, not responding and then eventually timing out. I'm not able to do ...

Hi there,

I think it is likely that you are having an Invalid Finger Print Error. We contacted MYOB and they tell us to download this hotfix tool:

http://download.myob.com/au/AccountRight/AccountRightHotFix/Data%20Hotfix%20-%20Invalid%20Fingerprint%20error%20-%20AccountRight%202020.2.zip?_ga=2.13484919.1384122869.1681699526-2002326869.1679969355

Put the infected file in there it it should work.

I have tried to download the http://download.myob.com/au/AccountRight/AccountRightHotFix/Data%20Hotfix%20-%20Invalid%20Fingerprint%20error%20-%20AccountRight%202020.2.zip?_ga=2.181161698.454450063.1683075378-566095811.1681776576 but says it invalid?
