Hi there,
I think it is likely that you are having an Invalid Finger Print Error. We contacted MYOB and they tell us to download this hotfix tool:
Put the infected file in there it it should work.

I have tried to download the http://download.myob.com/au/AccountRight/AccountRightHotFix/Data%20Hotfix%20-%20Invalid%20Fingerprint%20error%20-%20AccountRight%202020.2.zip?_ga=2.181161698.454450063.1683075378-566095811.1681776576 but says it invalid?
