MYOB AccountRight - Automatically schedule backups?

We are looking to see if we can schedule automatic backups of our MYOB company file (Online File) rather than manually, is this possible to do? I could not locate any information on the MYOB KB regar...

    Hi rojanmyob 

     

    Backups in AccountRight do need to be taken via opening the file and going File>>Backup. There is no automatic way to schedule a backup of your company file in the cloud.

     

    In saying that, MYOB does regularly take a backup of the company file at our end (commonly called the server backup) this can be made available to the primary/AccountRight Live Owner contact should it be required. There is normally a small fee for that server backup (currently ~$50.00).
