Hi guys,
We're facing the same issue as Anjali1985 and Albare .
Just updated multiple machines 2026.2 and now they all can't sign in.
Click Sign in from AccountRight, browser launches, user signs in as usual, page goes to "https://arl-sso.myob.com/........."
The page says "You've been signed in", but in the AccountRight application we are not signed in.
Clicking Sign in again in AccountRight take you to the browser again saying "You've been signed in" but we are not signed in.

I'm on the phone with support right now..we cleared the cache file, not luck..waiting for more
2nd attempt to fix....
Uninstalled desktop app, re-installed..program and it opened normally.
As a test, closed it down. tried to open AR.....back to loop.....not getting the check box about ssl etc... coming up.
Tried to use Chrome instead of MS Edge..still not getting check box treferring to ssl ......now waiting for other solutions.
(apologies for lack of detail.....typing while on hold and working with support)
Online file shows version 2025.8 while the one time Desktop version opened it was 2026.2.0
